- If you have any questions or need assistance during your stay, you can call the Reception at any time (+359 878 603 179).
- Upon check-in you will receive a key to your hotel room. In case you go out, you can leave the key for storage at the Reception desk (open 24 hours a day). Please do not forget to return your key before 11:00 on the day of departure. The lost key is payable.
- Drinks included in the All Inclusive program are available on tap. Drinks for a fee can be ordered at the hotel’s Lobby Bar.
- Information about the food system and the All Inclusive concept can be found at the Reception, in the Restaurant and Bars.
- According to the legislation in Bulgaria, smoking indoors is prohibited, and also alcohol is not served to persons under 18 years of age.
- According to an ordinance of the Municipality of Nessebar, alcoholic beverages are not served to persons in a visibly intoxicated state.
- The mini-fridge in the hotel room can be filled with drinks for a fee at your request. If you wish to order Mini-bar drinks in the hotel room, you can contact the Reception.
- In case you have certain allergies, please inform our employees at the Reception.
- In case you have food allergies, please contact the Restaurant Manager.
- For your safety and due to sanitary and hygienic requirements, please do not take food and beverages outside the hotel.
- For hygienic reasons, please do not bring food and drinks from the Restaurant and Bars in the hotel rooms.
- Keeping quiet is mandatory between 23:00 and 08:00, as well as between 14:00 and 16:00.
- It is forbidden to throw objects through the balconies.
- The use of emergency exits should be carried out with the explicit order of the employees of the hotel complex, and in all other cases it is prohibited.
- For clients who have not stayed at the Burgas Beach Hotel, you can pay at the Reception an additional fee for using the All Inclusive program.

Check-in at the hotel and check-out
Check-in at the hotel starts at 15:00 upon presentation of an identity document. The earlier check-in service is at an additional cost. Check-out time is until 11:00. You can find out at the Reception about the possibility and the price for a later check-out on the day of your departure. Information about your transfer you can find in the information folder of your tour operator.
Parking
The parking lot is available for the guests of hotel complex Burgas Beach. If you wish to use it, you can pay at the Reception before you check into your hotel room. You will be provided with an invoice and a parking ticket, which you need to place in a visible place on the dashboard of the vehicle. Please do not cover your car while parked in the hotel area.

All rooms are equipped and furnished according to the standards for the hotel category.
Air conditioning
The air conditioning system in the hotel rooms is individual and can be adjusted to a higher and lower temperature by means of a remote control. When turning on the air conditioner, make sure that the room - and balcony doors are closed.

Hotel room cleaning
Your room will be cleaned daily from 08:00 to 16:00. Please use the "Room Cleaning / Please Do Not Disturb" sign to show us your preferences. You can request an extra duvet or pillow at the reception. Hotel supplies and cosmetics are recharged if necessary, and towels are changed according to the principle of "Eco system" in the hotel. The use of hotel towels in the pool area and the beach is not allowed.
Restaurants and Bars
The dress code is mandatory in the Main Restaurant, Lobby Bar, Mezzanine – Bar and the hotel lobby. We ask all our guests not to visit the Restaurant wearing swimsuits.

Bars
Mezzanine Bar - it is located on the second floor and will captivate you with breathtaking sea views. Open daily from 10:00 to 23:00.
Pool Bar – it is located on the second level and the easiest way to reach it is through the walkway opposite the children's corner. The coolness and fresh drinks will distract you from the blue waves on the beach. Open daily from 10:00 to 23:00.
The Snack Bar is part of the Burgas Beach Pool Bar. It works every day from 11:00 to 15:00.

We remind you that saving water and electricity are important for the planet.
Hotel inventory
Damages to the hotel property are to be paid. The export of hotel property is prohibited. When leaving the hotel, we ask guests to wait at the reception until the room has been checked for any irregularities. Inventory availability must match that originally received. Missing items and damages are paid at the reception according to the established price list.
Do Not Disturb
If you do not want to be disturbed, please place the "Do not disturb" sign on the lock on the outside of the door of your room. Don't forget to move or turn the sign when you go out so we can clean the room during your absence.
Laundry and ironing service
To take advantage of the Laundry service, fill in the form provided by the Reception and place it in the laundry bag. Leave the bag of clothes on the bed so the maid can take them to wash. The service is paid at the Reception, and the ready-made clothes will be returned to you the next day by 16:00. Express orders within the same day (if possible) are paid with 50% higher value. If you want to iron your own clothes, you can use the ironing room opposite the Reception.
Luggage transfer service
Please call Reception “9” to request assistance with luggage from the hotel concierge.
Phone services
You can make internal and international calls on the landline in your room. The bill for telephone services is charged automatically and is paid at the Reception. You can call from room to room just by dialing the room number you want to contact. If you want to connect to an Apartment, dial "0", the Apartment number and two more zeros ( For example: A 4: 0400). Internal calls are free. For an outside line, dial "0".

The gym gym is available free of charge for all guests of the Burgas Beach Hotel and is open daily from 08:00 to 18:00 часа.

Kids Club
The nicely furnished children's club will allow your children to have fun and play. The club is located on the left at the entrance of the main restaurant and is an indoor hall, equipped with entertainment games and a separate bathroom for children. It is open six days a week (excluding Mondays) and is open from 1 June until 20 September. It is mandatory for children under 4 years of age to be accompanied by a parent.

Security and safety
Please read the following information carefully. It will only take you a few minutes, but in an unforeseen situation, it can be very important to you. Be sure that we make every effort for your safety during your stay in the hotel complex "Burgas Beach".
Candle use and smoking
Fire safety measures are applied in the hotel and in connection with them we ask you not to smoke and not to light candles indoors on the territory of the hotel and in the hotel rooms.
Elderly and disadvantaged people
Sick, elderly and disadvantaged people will be given priority assistance in the event of an unforeseen situation.
Safety measures
Being on the floor where you are accommodated, please consider the most direct path to the emergency staircase, in case of an emergency.
The emergency exits throughout the hotel are clearly marked.
Examine where the fire alarm buttons are located and where the fire extinguishers are located on the floor. The hotel area is equipped with a fire safety system. In the event of a fire in a hotel room, the system will turn on automatically. When leaving the room, close the window and door to stop the flow of air. Try to stay calm to prevent further injuries.
On the inside of the door of your room, there is an evacuation plan. Fire extinguishers are installed on all floors and in all units and our employees are trained to react in case of fire.
Pay attention to the EXIT signs with which we have marked the emergency exits.
Please act on this plan in an emergency.
In case of fire:
- Press the nearest button to signal a fire hazard.
- Call 112
- In case of fire in your room, take the key with you, go out and close the door.
- Do not use the elevator.
- Don't panic.
- Leave the building through the emergency exit.
- The hotel staff will help you get to the nearest safe place where you will be provided with medical assistance.

You can use the safe in your hotel room. The hotel is not responsible for Items that are not deposited in the hotel safes.
